Vintage 5-piece EPNS Silver Plated Tea and Coffee Set: Tray, Creamer, Sugar Bowl, Tea Pot, Coffee Pot. The tray has a different makers mark (Yeoman Plate, Sheffield) to that of the four pieces sat upon it.

Thankfully though, the styles are similar and in harmony with each other. Both pots, creamer and sugar bowl are delightfully proportioned and reassuringly weighty. The makers mark (M and S, or S and M, cypher in a triangle) of these four pieces is currently unknown to me. Perhaps it is familiar to you.
