The set was made by Porzellanfabrik of F. Thomas of Bavaria that now is a part of Rosenthal China at the beginning of 20th century during the art deco period.
It consists of 35 pieces of fine porcelain in an ivory color: a coffee pot with a lid, 10 desert plates, 11 coffee cups and 12 saucers pic. They are all made in a similar pattern with the scrolling ribs. The coffee pot has the scrolls crossing it's body upwards pics. With the graceful handle, spout and lid having gold trim pics.The desert plates have 6 scrolls pic. 7, while the saucers - four scrolls pics. The set is made of a fine hard paste porcelain translucent to the light see cup on pic. Marked on the bottom as shown on pic. The mark was used before 1921 when "Made in Germany" was introduced. The coffee pot is 10" tall to the tip of the lid and 9" wide at the widest point. The desert plates are 7 1/2 in diameter. The saucers are 5 7/8 in diameter. The cups are 2" tall and 4" in diameter. It is in an excellent condition with some gold losses to the one of the desert plates, otherwise - immaculate! Please take a moment to check my other items for sale.
