Colorful mid-century modern Demitasse Espresso or Chocolate Set manufactured by Rosenthal Selb Plossberg Company in Germany and designed by R. The form is "E" and the pattern "Modell" which was produced in several different styles. This colorful abstract leaf pattern is a rare find and as a complete set even more so. The set includes four cups with saucers, one chocolate / espresso pot with lid, creamer, and sugar bowl with lid which makes 13 pieces including the lids.

All items are in excellent condition, without damage or signs of age wear. Dimensions of the items are rather small which adds to the charm of the set. Coffee Pot height 5.5" including the lid, sugar bowl 2.5" including lid, creamer 2 1/8" height, cups 2 3/8" with 5 1/8" saucer diameter which has a 1 2/8" indentation to accommodate the footed base of the cup.
