In 1989, to celebrate 100 years of Lenox artistry Lenox issued a very limited edition coffee service known as Centennial Sterling Silver, crafted from fine ivory Lenox china and embellished with a sterling silver overlay. The set was inspired by an historic Lenox coffee service introduced in the 1920s. The set was issued as a single edition, limited to 1989.
