Royal Worcester Hand Painted Phillips Red Gold Floral Demitasse Cup & Saucer B Absolutely stunning porcelain demitasse cup and saucer. Nicely decorated in the C1167 pattern with hand painted flowers to the bottom of the cup and in the center of the saucer. With a red border with very elaborate gold gilt scrollwork overlay. The handle of the cup is fully gilded. Phillips by the artist Earnest Phillips. Made by Royal Worcester for L. King & Co in Detroit, Michigan. Marked on the bottom L. King & Co Detroit, Mich and with a Royal Worcester mark over Royal Worcester Made in England. This has a diamond underneath Royal Worcester which dates it to 1929. Also marked with the pattern number C1167.

Has crazing typical of British porcelain, some wear to the gilding and a few very small scratches in the well of the saucer, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. The cup measures approximately 3 inches wide x 2 1/4 inches tall.

The saucer measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide. This is vintage and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
